Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any baked goods.
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
- The order arrives damaged
- The order is incorrect
- The order does not arrive due to a carrier issue
- A genuine quality issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
To request a refund, customers must email theleanbakeryau@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided
- Delays caused by Australia Post
- Items left outside after delivery
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
