Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any baked goods.

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • The order arrives damaged
  • The order is incorrect
  • The order does not arrive due to a carrier issue
  • A genuine quality issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

To request a refund, customers must email theleanbakeryau@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Delays caused by Australia Post
  • Items left outside after delivery

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
